At Harrison Heritage House we have a year round two night minimum.  Single night stays are welcome on a last minute basis (24 hours prior to arrival) based on availability.  A $20 premium will be charged.   Please call to reserve.

We will do our best to check you in earlier but please let us know if you plan to arrive earlier than 4pm. As an owner operated business we are not able to accommodate late check-outs. 


Pet Policy ~ We have a strict No-Pet Policy in all our accommodations.

Non-Smoking Policy ~ All our accommodations are non-smoking. 
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Our cancellation policy is 7 Days. If less than 7 days notice is received you will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book. The 7 day cancellation policy also applies to any reduction in number of nights reserved and/or early departures.  

For reservations made within 7 days, you will be charged for your entire stay if we cannot re-book your accommodation should you cancel. As our cancellation policy needs to be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider traveler’s insurance.

For group bookings (2 or more units) our cancellation policy is 8 weeks. 8 weeks also applies to any reduction in the number of nights reserved and/or early departures. If less than 8 weeks notice is received you will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book.

As a small family run business our cancellation policy needs to be more restrictive than a hotel and so we recommend you consider travel insurance.

Jacuzzi Suites are for adults only - children are welcome in our cottages
