Sleeps a maximum of 4.  Amenities include:

  • The Willow & Riversedge are identical private cottages
  • Both cottages have views of the Miami River
  • Vaulted ceilings, wood floors

  • Master bedroom with Queen Pillow top or Memory foam topper/wrought iron bed, down duvet
  • Clock radio with IPod/Mp3 docking station
  • Loft with two single beds, accessed by very steep stairs

The Fine Print

Prices are per night per cottage (based on double occupancy) with a two night minimum stay
Check-in 4 – 7 pm         Check-out 11 am
We will do our best to check you in earlier but please let us know if you plan to arrive earlier than 4pm. As an owner operated business we are not able to accommodate late check-outs. 

Pet Policy ~ We have a strict No-Pet Policy in all of our accommodations.

Non-Smoking Policy ~ All our accommodations are non-smoking. 
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Our cancellation policy is 7 Days. If less than 7 days notice is received you will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book. The 7 day cancellation policy also applies to any reduction in number of nights reserved and/or early departures.  

For reservations made within 7 days, you will be charged for your entire stay if we cannot re-book your accommodation should you cancel. As our cancellation policy needs to be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider traveler’s insurance.

For group bookings (2 or more units) our cancellation policy is 8 weeks. 8 weeks also applies to any reduction in the number of nights reserved and/or early departures. If less than 8 weeks notice is received you will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book.

Cancellations accepted via telephone only and will be followed up with a cancellation confirmation by email.
